How we handle your inquiry.

When you send an inquiry or a shoot request through our website, we collect the details you enter. For an inquiry, that's your name, email address, project location, project type, timing, and message. For a shoot request, it also includes the property address, property type and size, the package and add-ons you choose, your preferred dates, any access notes, and your phone number if you give it. We use them only to respond to you and plan the work you ask us to quote.

Inquiries and shoot requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. When you send a shoot request, Resend also emails you a copy of what we received. The security check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and helps keep spam out. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a short-lived, anonymized code derived from your IP address; we do not store the address itself.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists. We keep inquiries and requests only as long as we need them to respond and for our business records.
